Tracy a Zoe drink user

Hi Casey,
Yes, I received the 2 cases and may need to order more soon. My husband and I are
both drinking it so it will go fairly quickly. My chiropractor has the other case to use
for some of his patients, one of which is a Parkinson's sufferer. This man is apparently
feeling some kind of benefit from Zoe. You would get more accurate information from
the chiropractor than what I could give you. He has also distributed some to a few
other people with different issues, to see if they show some sign of improvement.

Take care Casey.

Benefits of Peaches

Zoe protein drink is bottled with 100% organic peach nectar. We work with local family farms here in Colorado to source all of our peaches. Harvest typically starts the first part of July. All of the peaches are brought to our facility to be cleaned and processed. We take the peach core out and finely chop the peaches. The peaches go through a filter to make sure the size of the resulting nectar is consistent. At this point we fill 5 gallon pails which are then frozen until we need it to make Zoe. The Benefits of Organic Peaches, Prevents constipation Combats cancer Helps stop strokes Aids digestion Helps hemorrhoids Boosts your immune system, Peaches are diuretic, depurative and detoxifying so they are wonderful to eat on a weight - loss program; The body assimilates peaches very easily; Indicated to help lung debility, liver infections, cancer ulcers, herpes rheumatic pain, arterial hypertension and anaemia;
Peaches are high in vitamin A and C. Flash freezing traps nutrients and phytochemicals immediately after harvest while the produce is at its peak. Keeps Your Colon Clean. Peaches are more than 80 percent water and are a good source of dietary fiber. This combination makes them a perfect remedy for constipation. One medium size peach has 7 percent of the dietary fiber you need each day. Adding fruits like peaches to your diet can keep you regular and prevent straining during bowel movements. Straining has been linked to hemorrhoids, diverticular disease, hiatal hernia and even varicose veins. Peaches are low in calories and one 100 g peach provides almost three quarters of the daily vitamin C requirement. The fruit has a gentle laxative effect. Peaches are also rich in iron and potassium.
Strikes out Cancer. A study in China showed that men and women who ate peaches more than twice a week had less risk of developing cancers of the mouth than those who did not eat peaches. This study focused on oral cancer, but peaches, like other fruits and vegetables with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, are a good way to steer clear of all kinds of cancers. Peaches already rank high in some types of phytochemicals. Preliminary results from a test conducted by Byrne and Dr. Luis Cisneros-Zevallos, Experiment Station food technologist, showed that peaches have good to excellent antioxidant activity, some antimicrobial activity and good to excellent tumor growth inhibition activity. We use only the best organic peaches in Zoe. Check us out online to learn more about Zoe protein drink

Protein Drink

I have gotten a lot of questions about protein diets over the years. I can remember back in the early part of 2000 hearing about Atkins and the low carb diets hitting the media. At the time I struggled with the idea of cutting back on the carbohrdyates in my diet. Every week or so, findings based on new health studies turn up in the news. The conflicting information can really be confusing and anyone who decides to dive deeper and learn more often struggles with the scientific jargon that researchers use to report their results. I believe there needs to be a balance when approaching one's diet. Just like in life when we do not use restraint our life gets out of whack. I believe a balanced approach is best and you will retain the gains you make in your lifestyle much longer. Many people buy into this or that to see quick results but in the long run it doesn't last. With the development of Zoe protein drink I tried to hold to that. We use organic fruit trying to utilize the natural fibers and the great taste. When choosing the protein to use, I decided to use the very best protein I could. Whey protein isolate is lactose free, fat free and is a great source of calcium as well. I believe that Zoe protein drink is a great meal replacement, mid afternoon snack, pre-workout drink or just a healthy option to choose. I believe you should maintain a diet where you get most of your nutrients from foods
High in protein. Including protein in every meal provides your body the material it needs for repair and maintenance, helps build muscle, keeps your energy levels high and helps keep your weight under control. A balance of the different kinds of natural fats is essential to proper nutrition, and some fats the Omega-3 fatty acids, for example are positively beneficial to your health. Added sugars, no matter what they're called, and other highly refined products like white flour, are "empty carbs." They offer no nutritional value, can play havoc with your blood sugar levels and turn into excess into body fat. Fiber offers huge benefits to your health, from helping to regulate the flow of fats and nutrients into your blood stream and helping your digestive tract function efficiently to aiding in the prevention of some kinds of cancer.
Sensible, healthy eating tends to promote the intake of necessary vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and other nutrients. But the fact of the matter is that in today's world, you still need supplements. Pay attention to what foods you consume and the condition of your body, and don't hesitate to add vitamins and other supplements if you determine you need them. Exercise in some form or another. You don't have to work out like a professional athlete to stay fit. Go for a walk with a friend. Take the dogs down to the river. Ride your bike. You should enjoy whatever it is you are doing for exercise in the long run you'll stick with it and see results.

Protein Drink

My name is Casey McConnell and I live in Aspen Colorado. Before moving to Aspen I moved to Delta in January of 2003 from the Front Range of Colorado. I didn't have a clue what a city dweller like myself would do for a living in a rural area like Delta, but I knew somehow with grace I would find a way to stay and make a life for myself. I soon realized this area has one of the finest fruit growing climates in the world, lots of sun, lots of water, over 300 days of sunshine and cool Colorado nights. This makes Delta the perfect place to grow many different kinds of fruit that make wonderful juices. But juice is nothing new, go to your local grocery store and you'll find something with juice in it. I needed something unique or special about what I wanted to bottle. So, divine intervention walks in, in the form of my father. It just so happens that very day I had been hanging out thinking and praying about what I was to add to my juice and in walks my Dad with this product, whey protein isolate. So needless to say, I was pretty excited to learn more about this stuff. I immediately started researching and exploring all the clinically proven health benefits, which was a ton of information to take in. The biggest thing I realized was how tasty the whey protein made the juice drink taste. So this was the start of Zoë juice. However, it took over a year to learn all the ins and outs of making Zoë, finding fruit suppliers year round, bottle suppliers, shipping, putting labels together and of course finding the perfect combination of ingredients to make what is now Zoë. Quickly I realized there are a lot of drinks out there and being human I experienced a whole lot of emotions from fear to doubt. Fortunately, I have a very strong relationship with my family who continually offered support both emotionally and spiritually. Plus they have been there to help in any which way they could, from being my taste testers to dishing out major financial help. Without them I would not be where I am today and I owe them all a great deal of thanks.
"People come into our lives with nuggets of hope."
I have so many stories of people who have helped me and went out of their way to see this dream and vision of Zoë become a reality. Dan and Jody came into my life in the summer of 04. I was heading home from seeing my sister in Aspen and saw this couple who were hitchhiking. My spirit told me I needed to stop and offer a ride to them. I don't think Jody knew what she was in for. I had a convertible which is a manual and that means in the summer the top is down regardless of circumstance (rain/cold). Dan and Jody are from West Palm Beach, Florida and they were in town because they had hiked to Aspen from Crested Butte and needed a ride back over the mountain. I was headed in that direction. This started the connection that got the dream started. For the next few hours we learned all about each other and enjoyed the beautiful ride back to Crested Butte. Dan and Jody spoke such encouraging words to me which had a profound effect on me. After a lovely time together at the head of the hiking trail and their car within walking distance, we said our good byes. Dan however made a monumental gesture and purchased the first box of Zoë juice. With that encouragement and purchase, the dream became a reality. Thank you Dan and Jody and the countless others along the way!
